Aquariums: Is this harmful? Do I leave it or clean it?
Cycling a new tank for the past couple weeks and notice this growth last night. Is it biofilm? Only seems to be on the driftwood I’ve put in. Some white some green. Looks like mould really. Do I need to take them out and clean it off?

It will reappear again so just wait, it’s normal on new wood.
Ancistrus or shrimp will eat it. But it will disappear by itself after some time.
