Got a new reel on a retro rod | Sedona 2500SDH – GLoomis

Found a Shimano Sedona 2500SDH from
Japan. Got it for a dedicated panfish rig on my great uncle’s rod. The rod is a little long but it’s a split shaft so I’ll just keep it in the car so I can after dropping the kid off at school.

First Cast! He ain’t a trophy but he fought like a champ

3 hours fishing – all 4 (1 not pictured) caught in a span of 5 minutes and nothing at all the rest of the time

Betta Fish: I think my tank might be too small, had to move my fish to a new one tank since the last one wasn’t on a proper stand… Jaws is pissed. Will he feel better if I get him a ton more plants as an apology???? xD xD xD
