First time getting on some Brook Trout on a Superior tributary. Such a different type of fishing than going for Browns on a river, but it was a blast. Beautiful fish. Secluded creek. Lots of mosquitos. Somehow managed to do it without snapping my 9’ rod. Maybe now I need to invest in a second setup…
