I left him with my mom over the summer while I was at my dad’s and she did overfeed him but not for long. I have tried to do a full tank clean however that didn’t work and he has been getting worse everyday. He hasent moved in over 24 hours and I don’t know what is wrong or what to do please help me.

Look up swim bladder disease. See if his behaviors match. If so, you can lower the water line and put in a betta floating log, so that he can get to the surface more easily. Fast him for three days if it’s swim bladder disease.
