HCC50 spooled with 6 lb braid to a 4 pound mono leader. 6' crappiemaxx rod from bass pro makes for a lovely entry into the world of bait finesse systems! The white bass over 13-14" pull like none other on it!
Got out for about an hour and a half before sunset and into the dark. 1 inch swimbaits in a pearl color with a fast retrieve were the ticket during sunset. As the light faded more and more I bumped up to a 2.5 inch black swimbait, slowed my presentation down and was able to pick off a few more in the dark! Ended the short session with about 13 white bass.
