Aquariums: Advice from experienced ram keepers?

Hi everyone. So I've had my first ram pair in the hobby for about 6 months now. They've even bred once, but was away for work a few days and couldn't seperate the eggs into a seperate container.

Anyway, for the the past month, my female ram has lost her colour, while the little my little buddy has shown his full colours. Furthermore, he chases her around quite a lot, I think stressing her out even more.
Is it because he wants to breed and she isn't ready? What can I do?

I feed them bloodworms and brine shrimp daily. They are in a 120 Litre/31 Gallon Tank
Water parameters:
29°C
pH 6.3
Cl – 0
NH3 – 0
Nitrates and Nitrites – very low

I do 10 – 15 % water changes around every 10 days.

Any advice?
