My dad taught me to fly fish as a kid in the 90s on a glass rod. I found one on Marketplace this week for a bargain and immediately put it in the quiver for a backcountry trip I had this weekend. Oh my, glass rods are a blast. But I was shocked at how well it protected tippet. Can’t wait to use it again.
