Sometimes, the coolest thing is just watching fish do fish things. There’s this lagoon I frequent that is covered in bass and rarely fished. There is so many bass that you can sightfish them from your kayak. Sometimes, I just go out to watch them swim around. It’s more fun than catching them.

I found they will hit a lip less crank bait, or try a rope lure..
