I’ve noticed him swimming a lot more erratically recently and it’s worrying me, and yesterday I realized I swear the area by his pelvic fins are swollen. It’s hard to get a good picture but here’s a video of him this morning, angry that I wasn’t feeding him (in case it’s over-consumption). I really wanna hear from y’all with more experience, am I paranoid or how can I help him??

Doesn’t look like he’s pineconing to me, but would be able to tell better with an overhead picture. But, 3-gallons is too small for your Betta to live in.
Shouldn’t temp be closer to 78-80?
