    I have the same stand and I cut shelves to go across that lay on top of the supports on each side. To those shelves I attached a piece of 1/4″ plywood to size to complete fill the space. So, there’s some nice shelves to store decorative items but there is hidden space behind to run cords. If you want to cover the whole thing I’d consider a plywood panel on the front that is attached with magnets.

  2. Get a piece of black chloroplast plastic, or a PVC sheet and you could epoxy small magnets to the backside of it so that you can stick it on and pull it off when you need to assuming it’s steel. If not you can get Velcro dots and achieve the same.
