I’m no expert, but I enjoy catching them. I’d say most of your gear is more for trout/panfish/etc. But the worms on the right in the first picture with the hooks in the middle on the left in the 3rd picture would be my first choice out of what you have shown here. I’d hook it in the middle and let it dangle evenly on both sides (wacky rig) style. Just cast and let it drip to the bottom. Just jig it slowly. Usually gets bitten on the fall. That’s my two cents anyway.
