  1. LOVE!! Bluefish. My favorite method is gut & scale. Do bone in steaks from head to anal vent. Braise the steaks in a tomato or miso broth. Tail portion i cut slits to spine and rub it all up with unagi sauce and grill/roast/broil.

    How did u do yours?

  2. My wife loves blue fish, here we call them elf or shad and ones that size are pretty scarce, bleed them as soon as possible.
    At times I bake them in aluminum foil stuffed with tomato and onion.
