i have no experience but i’d take it to a local reptile/fish store who has experience or take it to a vet, i’d also definitely make sure he’s not in any pain or suffering

Should treat the same as amphibious frog. A vet should be looked at.

I’m sorry for some of the very unhelpful comments on your thread.
I would strongly recommend calling a vet and getting your frog checked out.

I work with lab mice and they do fine with a prolapse this minor. Obviously mice are not frogs, but I wouldn’t worry too much. If you do choose to treat I assume keeping everything very moist is going to be a must.
