Looks like mediterranean salt water fish. In greece they call it ‘the german’ because it has spikes like german great war helmets sometimes have. I believe it’s not poisonous. Just clean the wound and be carefull it doesn’t get infected.

It looks like a spinefoot/ rabbit fish. The spikes are very painful and cause a swelling but the pain should subside after some time. Very strong fighters for their size

Happy moment we call those, also known as black trevally, rabbit fish, and a few other names depending on locations. They are mildly venomous which is why the spiking will hurt so bad, immersing the wound in hot as tolerable water (don’t burn yourself but as hot as you can tolerate) can help destroy the venom and provide some pain relief, other than that take some ibuprofen and Tylenol as it’s going to throb and ache for a good 2-6 hours. If Any signs of allergic reaction go to hospital immediately

That’s a rabbitfish aka siganus rivulatus. It has mild poison that stings so bad but goes naturally after a few hours or a days. A common practice here is to rub your wound on the fish’s belly, sometimes it relieves all pain immediately, but it’s not proven scientifically. I actually got stung by one last week after years of experience!
