I am not new to fish but I'm mew with betta fish. Got this guy afew weeks ago, he is in a 60liter with some neo shrimp. Everything is fine , checked with liquid jbl aqua test set. He eats afew pellets 2 morning and night and seems fine but has these moments where he swims like he is so pissed of and on his way to beat someone up, he picks an area , different each time and does this for awhile. Any ideas? Or is this normal for a betta?

60liter with neos and a tiny baby BN baby (I've got a bunch of them so they are spread out in my tanks until I can find homes)
