Betta Fish: What kinds are they??

First one is Sakris, who I’m 95% sure is male. But I don’t know what kind of betta he is (got him at an expo but the person running the stand wasn’t the one who ran the betta breeding so she didn’t know for sure). The second one is Evelyn, who I think is a female but I’m not quite sure. She was a PetCo buy, the cup said she’s a veiltail female but out of the two of them she’s the one who flares those little red fins more (first pic is the best one I have of Sakris showing those fins)
