Saw a bunch of these on the water (midge?). Tried to buy some flies to replicate them and just some other dries I think would work (2nd&3rd row in pic 4). How do these look?
Meant to buy basic trout hooks for eggs. What type of fish could I expect to catch with these? What are conditions are they used for?
Spent the day hiking to a high alpine lake and then catching countless Brook trout. This lake was absolutely full of them and they loved attacking the hopper I had on Posted by phantom3199
