Last pic is when I first got my betta! I didn’t notice the bottom fin at the start but I’m seeing some clumped up fins now?? Idk what it’s called but it just looks shrivelled…is that fin rot? My parameters are all ok though! Fish is still happy and swimming and eating!

I think its just the irregularities in the fin, not fin rot. Its beautiful btw.
