I’m trying to put 10lb mono on my new daiwa regal Lt 2500 and the line keeps tangling when I open and close the bail and reel in, I’m not sure if I overspooled it or what
It doesn’t look overspooled. It just looks like the line memory isn’t in your favor so it will just jump out like that. Next time when you spool a line make sure the logo of line is facing upwards and to out the line in warm water for a bit

Take the spool and put it in warm water for a bit
