As I was watching my tank this morning, this fish was swimming around and flopped to the bottom of the tank and the other fish was biting at its tail. I have him in the net for now as he’s still trying to swim and he’s breathing ? It’ll swim/convulse for a few seconds then flop to its side again. He’s clearly sick or dying right?

What are his tankmates? Also it would’ve been better if you have something to support him/her into an upright position so that he/she could breathe better.
