Hey people! I've got a new and unused Penn reel on my desk that doesn't retrieve (no receipt), the spool spins freely no mater what and after disassembling and looking at the exploded diagram I don't understand how it's supposed to work. Makes me wonder if the shaft running through the spool is supposed to be fixed together with the spool, can't see any other way the spool is supposed to be driven. Would make sense as there is no separate numbers for spool and shaft (29)?
