Looks like the line is somehow not secure to the reel and spinning. Gonna have to respool it. I’d use an arbor knot and maybe some mono backing or electrical tape over the knot to minimize slip.

You put the line on too loose and without any mono backing so it’s just slipping and spinning around the spool. You can clearly see the spool isn’t turning as the line gets pulled off, so the drag setting has nothing to do with it. Remove all the line, add mono backing and put it back on tightly.
