I initially thought this river was full of small mouth. Turns out, it's mostly walleye, trout, and cats. I've got a good bit of bass soft plastics, some trout magnets, dry flies (though I pbly have spinning gear) and crank baits. I'm not well versed on bank fishing for either walleye or trout and while cats are fun to catch, I don't really want to go night fishing with worms on a bottom rig every evening.
Going up the road to Guernsey Reservoir/The spillway for bass is an option, too. Just don't know where the best opportunities would be.
