Was a friend of mine for a few years while living in Yellowstone Park. I liked her thing and I asked if she could put something together for me. I sent her some fly profiles and some other different artwork of jumping trout fish. Wasn't til later I noticed the fly line looked like a male appendix and perhaps a rather large load of ji-blabble? One thing I never thought to ask her about was what it would cost me. We'll she said it's done, and then said $300 followed by someone was interested in it if not. My little Yellowstone gypsy vagabond drifter hippy chick friend who wanted more but I couldn't do it, is on the trail of resentment? Shocked as I was, I was not hard up for cash, started sympathizing about struggling artists and that my little hippy chick was just a survivalist and I l8ked all that about her… so I paid it.
Have you ever bought any fishy artwork? $300 is a drop in the hat? Especially with these $7000 per week fishing destinations, say more than twice a year, anywhere… 🙂
