Get a werner folding trestle, so much more stable and allows you to work on a greater area of the tank without having to constantly climb up and down and move the ladsers back and forward
I know you dont do them but any advice for plants that go well with fancy goldfish please

Methods and tanks aren’t proven in 6 months. There is reason why he does this. After a tank matures many of these methods don’t work.

Quit brave breaking down an 8 foot fully planted tank,especially when it looked so good,something I couldn’t bring myself to do,why we are all different.i agree with the keyholes probably one of the most placid of the larger kept fish..I’ve 6 myself from MHA..

Nice video! I am happy that you did not take out the substrate. It would have been a pity with all the established bacteria. Honestly, I think you do not even need to scoop out the fish. I rearranged things 100 times with fish in and it does not harm them at all, even if it gets a bit cloudy. Many fish even like it anf enjoy hunting the tiny particles😁
