Aquariums: Can my galaxy raspbora be saved or do I need to euthanise?

I think she has dropsy and it looks pretty far along.

Can I save her by putting her in a hospital tank with aquarium salt or is she beyond help? Seems active as you can see but very bloated, skin is peeling/blistering (no red sores) and pineconed.

I will do everything I can to help her if she can be helped but everything I’m reading is saying it’s kinder to put her out of her discomfort…
