I was on a quest to add another American made BFS rod to my current collection. I really like the looks of the Old 18 Suppressor, but then I started thinking "Is it really worth that much when I can get a Shimano Expride (Insert Japanese name here) for the same price?".
This is also the question I want you all to help me answer. If you have experience with Old 18, even better! Suggestions are also welcome
My current BFS arsenal consists of a Shimano Expride BFS, a Dobyns Sierra Ultra Finesse, 3 Daiwa Blazons (3 different models), Major Craft Benkei BFS, and a Megabass Levante.
