Rooster tail you put a swivel lead or just a snap swivel cast and retrieve. Football jig you bounce off the bottom.

For the white one cast it out, wait a second, then lift the rod tip a little bit, then just reel it towards you. You should feel a slight vibration in the rod that’s how you know it’s spinning in the water.
I don’t have alot of experience with jigs but there’s loads of stuff on YouTube.
