Hi. i got a planted 60L tank in june and cycled
it for 5 weeks. last week i got my first fish (9
cardinal tetras and 1 dwarf gourami) however
all the tetras(except for a few)suddenly got
this red-brownish looking thing in their
stomachs. im thinking maybe it could be a
worm. what should i do?

7.8 ph
0 ammonia
0 nitrite
10ppm nitrate
GH: 150 mg/l
KH: 120 mg/l
