Depends on where you live and what your intending to do with your fish tank? Up here in Canada while things tend to be pretty expensive most 10 gallon stater sets usually retail for around $100 and anything above usually jumps up in price by around $50 so it would be a cheap choice up here
Of course most starter set items aren’t the best for planted tanks, but they will work 🙂
Also try checking for any local sellers I use marketplace and for a tank there, you can usually find good deals
TLDR: it’s a good price but it’s up for u to decide, try finding a cheaper bait bones tank and see if buying everything individually will be cheaper or at least of a similar cost or see if u can find anyone locally selling
