Hey guys. This is my first time ever putting together a saltwater aquarium. It’s a 37 gallon, and right now I’m in the process of getting equipment together to begin the cycling process. Picked up this Aqueon filter the other day and tried installing it. The “waterfall noises” were my first concern, so I tried filling the tank as much as I safely could. Now there’s another sound coming through? If anybody’s worked through one of these before I’d really appreciate some guidance! Thanks!!

Take some water out homie.
Those filters are rough. I’ve had issues with all of those models except for the smallest version. All of the larger ones were much louder and quick working pretty quickly. I’d honestly recommend getting a different brand
