Found rusted, tangled and stuck the mud…. From google it looks like a KVD squarebill in chilli craw but the description says those have no rattle and this one seems to have something inside although it doesn’t rattle much anymore.

It’s a strike king KVD square bill crank bait. I have the same exact lure and it has rattles.
