Hey I was out on an unfamiliar body of water and am not quite sure what these are..

There was a bunch of musky slapping the surface last night, so I threw of my great grandpa's wooden plugs on and got to making some noise. All of a sudden like 8 feet from the bank these two hammer it. I thought pike until I got it out, and now I have no freaking clue, what is wrong with these fish? They look extremely sick
