I've landed my first job and i just started to get into fishkeeping, just placed 10 mollies and its been a week i've been observing them. One of the mollies has a weird white spot on one of her eye, is this an infection and what should i do to fix it?

I can’t make anything out from the photo. Only a lighter area above the eye, but that appears to be natural colouration.
To note, you’ve added 10 Mollies to a tank as your first Fish. What’s the capacity of the tank and did you ‘Cycle’ the system, generally taking ~4-6 weeks?
