Help identifying lure

I've been looking at trying wake baits but have no experience with them and didn't want to break the bank.

Iwent to the local tackle shop where they had 2 for 10 loose lures in their case on the counter.

I saw two lures that looked like wake baits. I didn't know what they were but for that price I grabbed them anyway.

After some digging I found that one was an Azuma Wake Z in Schoolbus color.

The other I'm having trouble with. I think it's a Storm Subwart. It says "STORM" on the bill.

Can you all confirm? And can someone help me pinpoint what color and size this looks to be? I used a 16oz energy drink can for scale.
