Should I respool this entirely or can i just join some more braid with a double uni knot to get my line to the lip for better casting distance? Or Should i just add a long mono leader but I also feel like a thick mono line and not running through my guides will slow my cast too?

I would just double uni with a little more braid. I usually dont run mono leaders more than 5-6 feet but dont really have an issue casting. You might be okay with it slightly underspooled, have you tried casting it yet?
Brother I don’t think you have any more room left on that spool.
You won’t get but a few yards regardless. Just leave it and use it.
