caught this absolute stud tonight, sucks so bad bc it absolutely choked my top water so hard and it took a while to get the trebles out. she was bleeding really bad but surprisingly kicked off very strong, hopefully she survives but i feel awful. gonna start using barbless hooks from now on, just wanted to share this story…

Solid chance she’s okay. Her blood will coagulate in the water and hopefully heal up.
