I am new to kayak fishing and can’t seem to find straight answers online anywhere about what specifically I need to buy to mount the fish finder to the kayak.
Would appreciate some recommendations on exactly what I need to buy to mount the transducer and live scope onto the kayak.
I already purchased the yak attack screen stand mount that goes on the kayak rail. It was easy, because they listed the specific garmin model. So I am more concerned about how to mount the transducer and live scope.
I’m completely new to the fish finder. No experience with it yet.
If you need more info to be able to answer, please let me know.
Also, if there are any critical tips or maintenance tips to keep the fish finder working after going in the ocean often, that would be useful.
The motor is a 2hp Suzuki. Not a trolling motor or floor pedal system.
