I’ve tried both and most anglers I’ve seen both locally and in Youtube videos use the Dropper Loop or High-Low Rig.

But I found that the due to the arm of the hook going sideways from the main line it is harder to detect small bites and to set the hook, compared to a rig that has the hook on the main line itself.

So what are the advantages of a Dropper Loop Rig vs a Multi-Hook Dropshot Rig, other than a more natural bait presentation as it could allow the bait to drift around?
