Aquariums: Is it time to let him go

This post is a really hard post to make and I think I know the answer but I’ll see what you guys think I’ve done everything I can for my flower horn at first wasn’t that bad just laying on bottom still swimming when I came up to tank couple people recommended medicating so I do with icy x paraclense and salt for a couple days put him back in his ya know bc he was floating in hospital instead of sinking now he’s doing this and to be honest very hard to look at my boy like this my question is is it time he is about 5/6 years old
