Yes, you can crossbreed all Betta splendens.
But if you want to breed Betta, make sure you take into account how the market for these guys is in your area, if you have enough space for the 400 fry they can make in one successful breeding, that you have ways to feed the small ones (Infusoria, Baby Brineshrimp, other small foods, as it’s surprisingly hard to feed something so small!) and to get your breeding Information from trusted sources (and crosscheck the info) as there’s a lot of misinformation out there. ^^
