If a leaf of one of the plants dies, do I remove it or leave it in the tank? I have a few nerite and a mystery snail in here, too. I’ve figured leaving them in wouldn’t hurt because I feel like the snails will eat them, but I also don’t want it to hurt the water if there is decaying/decomposing matter in it?

I would leave it unless you don’t like the look of it or it’s too cluttered. Also, is that a ribbon plant?
