Please someone help! I got 6 neon tetras recently and they all had this on them and passed away and now my betta Shirley has it??? I’ve had him forever and I need help don’t know what to do

It looks like fin rot, I would recommend a regular water change, almond leaves and if he continues to be lethargic it’s a good idea to give him a salt bath
I can’t quite tell what it is but anything white and fuzzy like that I usually set up a hospital tank and treat with maracyn oxy by Fritz. Hopefully someone else can make a better diagnosis.
