So I want to completely change the aquascape in my 60l aquarium. I also want to add new soil, can I prepare it in there (I have a second filter). And when I’m going to landscape my actual aquarium, can I put the fish for one day in this tub?

Yeah for sure I’d recommend putting a cycled filter, some cycled substrate, and a little bit of quick start just to keep the beneficial bacteria up
It’ll be fine, I know a couple people who straight up used those in place of an actual tank for their aquarium.
People who keep goldies use those all the time as main tanks
I have a tub just like this that I use as a quarantine and emergency tank.
i have 3 of those for actual permanent tanks so you’re good lol
