Hey everyone I picked up these little Joe spinners as it’s really the only thing that was available to me but I’m pretty new and don’t understand how to use them and neither can I find how you use this type, I keep seeing the spinners with wires and other fancy lures on them but this one just has fishing line to attach to, is there a specific way I use these.
