Was checking out our gear in anticipation of doing some surf fishing on vacation and for some reason the reel is cranking but no line is coming in. Line is definitely under the bail but other than that I'm not sure what to check/do. Here is a video. It's a 2 year old Penn Fierce III. Talked to my son and he told me he was using it and casted out, and suddenly could not get it to bring in any line when reeling in (??). Any suggestions would be appreciated, we're going on vacation in a few days and I'd really like to fix this if possible.
Edit – here is an imgur link to the video since the one drive link one above is evidently not working. You can see the pyramid weight in the background as I crank the reel, it doesn't move.

Can’t watch the video. Does the line spin on the spool?
Looks to me like you just need to tighten your drag.
