So im looking into getting an ultralight rod and reel and ive been looking at the st croix panfish rod (6 foot, ultra light, fast action), https://www.basspro.com/shop/en/bass-pro-shops-johnny-morris-carbonlite-20-spinning-rod (5'6, ultra light, fast action), tfo trout/panfish TPS2 601-1, or maybe even a fenwick 5'6 moderate fast hmg. All the rods are around the same price so any of them would be fine but im wondering if anybody reading this has used them and how they are. And what reel you would pair up to them. I was thinking a shimano sedona 1000, daiwa regal 1000 or if I want to price up a bit a shimano nasci. What do you guys use and what would you prefer?
