Getting back into fishing, loving it very much. But I stayed about 25 seconds after sunset the other night and got absolutely blaated by mosquitos while I hastily packed up my gear and ran to the car lol (photo attached of the next morning, one of the fuckers tagged me right on the edge of my eyelid)
Any old fishermans tips for keeping the mosquitos away so I can fish into the night? Im concerned conventional bug sprays and alternativea like peppermint and vanilla oils will fuck with my baits and lures. Also, same question for sunscreen when I am able to get out during the mornings/daytime more.
