Second day out fishing and I caught my first Trout! I believe it's a rainbow trout. Out here on the Clackamas river in Oregon. Baked mine up with some lemon, thyme, garlic and parsley. Delicious! How do you all handle the tiny non-rib bones? Just eat them, or take 100 tiny little bites like I did?

  1. I usually try to take the top layer of meat off and then I take the skeleton out. The meat should fall right off if you baked it. Some bones might still be present but I just take them out and should be minimal.
