A few heads ups
-practice on a soft surface, hard surfaces can crack the weights
-the throw I demonstrate works on almost any size nets up to 11ft, what changes is how many pulls you put on your index finger
-I cant stress this enough, double check your laws!!!!!!!!!!!
– The practice method which I suggest, is casting the net directly at your feet to get down that rotating motion needed for perfect throws, then gradually throw the net further and further away
